Mental Healthcare from your Home, from a Local Clinician

Access mental healthcare conveniently from home via your devices from a clinician local to New Brunswick. Whether using a laptop, tablet, or phone, telehealth sessions offer privacy and comfort.

Evidence-based, compassionate therapy.

Depending on the client I pull from a wide range of evidence-based interventions. People, however, are not neatly tied packages with a bow. Each client has their own sensitivities and needs, and thus we can choose an appropriate intervention together. For clients with misophonia, I use my own Misophonia Matters approach which I developed over the past 10 years in advocacy and as a sufferer myself.
